Equity-Centered Coaching Packages
Together we will develop action steps and build your capacity to view your organization and leadership through a lens of equity.
You will receive:
- 50 minute coaching sessions conveniently conducted over phone or video
- An equity diagnostic to guide concrete goal setting
- Actionable support to solve real problems of practice
- New ways of examining dilemmas & partnership in creating collaborative solutions
- Guidance to unearth how your social identities impact your leadership
- Practice for facilitating difficult conversations with greater racial literacy
- An equity lens to review current practices and procedures
How Does it Work?
The more you put into your cohort experience, the more you'll get out of it! We ask that you We’re here to build stamina for anti-racist learning and action and we know you are too! Over the course of 10 weeks, you will participate in five live 2-hour virtual sessions led by expert Embracing Equity facilitators. In between sessions, you’ll engage with meaningful work and connect with your facilitators and fellow participants in our highly interactive Virtual Community.
Commit to attending and fully participating in all live sessions and actively engaging with your pre-work and virtual community — we anticipate you will need to dedicate 3-4 hours in between sessions to do so.

Embracing Equity cohorts focus on the hard work of preparing yourself and integrating anti-racism values into your daily life.
In this cohort, you will:
Deepen your understanding of your racial/ethnic identity development and socialization
Uproot and dismantle beliefs, practices, and policies that directly or inadvertently reinforce or reproduce systemic racism
Develop concrete action plans for addressing the most pressing equity challenges in your personal and professional spaces
Connect with and learn alongside a supportive community that will hold you compassionately accountable to your growth
